Re: Following up on the proposal
Hi Jessica,
Absolutely - I’ll send over the updated proposal before our meeting tomorrow. Looking forward to walking through it together.
Best,
Alex

Zethos reads where the work gets agreed, and turns it into a list you can act on.

Once it’s set up, Zethos keeps every commitment moving, from the first promise to the last follow-up.

Your brief came by email. You met Zoe on Zoom, chatted on WhatsApp and opened her Drive link. She sent you a Notion link and a Loom. One person, six apps.

Projects form on their own. Related commitments cluster together, so every client, launch, or company has one place with everything you owe and everything you are owed. Available on Mac today.
No more digging through email, Slack, and call notes for what you said you’d do.
Say you’ll do something, and it lands on your list. It stays there until it’s done, however busy the week gets, so nothing you promised slips.
Every “I'll send that over” in Gmail or Outlook, caught and added to the to-do list.
Every person you’ve emailed, met or messaged, in one place, with the company and role Zethos found for them.
The next step, right where you need it.

“Other tools want you to type your todos. Zethos already knows what I said I’d do, and knows when I’ve done it. It feels like a different category.”

Only the accounts you connect. When you link Gmail, we read Gmail. When you link Slack, we read Slack. We don’t touch anything you haven’t explicitly connected - no browser history, no keystrokes, no screen capture.
No. Zethos surfaces commitments and drafts replies, but you decide what becomes a task and what gets sent. Nothing goes out without a tap.
Your data is processed by Anthropic’s Claude to extract commitments. We never train on your data. Anthropic never trains on your data. Your ledger lives on Cloudflare in the US. Full detail on the Security page.
Today: Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, and meeting transcripts via Zoom and Google Meet. Notion, Linear, iMessage, Telegram, Discord, Fireflies, Granola, and Otter are coming soon.
Zethos runs on Mac and iPhone today. Windows is on the roadmap. There’s no web app - Zethos runs natively so it can watch your inbox even when your browser is closed.
Zethos is free during early access. When Pro launches, early-access users get grandfathered pricing. No credit card required to start.
When you delete your account, all of your data, including OAuth tokens, commitments, meeting notes, and stored files, is deleted within 7 days. This is not a soft delete: there is no way for us to restore your account after this. You can export your data first from Settings → Export.
Yes. Add commitments manually and use Zethos as a plain to-do list. Connect an integration only when you want auto-capture.
